
So our menu plan this week is a bit of a stretch. This week was supposed to follow up the detox cleanse with 3 weeks of no dairy to see if that solved all the problems.
Except.
After 4 days my first real meal was homemade pizza (cheese free for me) and the itching came back on my chest and neck the next afternoon. I still am going to focus on only one food to eliminate for now until I can get the appointment for the full allergy testing.
I did make some Roasted Red Pepper Hummus that I lightened up. Trying to find some new protein packed snacks. I’m curious, Has anyone ever made almond milk yogurt? Or coconut?
Sunday:
Chicken Fried Rice
Monday: Steak Fajitas
Tuesday: Baseball Meeting at Pizza Parlor
Wednesday:
Cornbread Casserole + 1 for the Freezer
Thursday: Valentine’s Day Steaks and Grilled Shrimp with Baked Potatoes, Salad and French Bread
Friday: Chicken Sausage Meatloaf
Saturday: Out of Town????

I have never made yogurt with almond milk or coconut milk, but I would be very interested to know if that worked or not.
OK you talked me into trying it. I give into peer pressure easily. I’ll post about it later this week or next.
